For every person, a different reason could be behind your chronic or adrenal fatigue. If you have muscle fatigue, you have likely used your muscles (generally the legs) to the point where they feel weak and not able to provide the results that you are looking for. In extreme fatigue situation, the causes of fatigue can be anything, but the body is so worn out that it needs to rest. In some cases, fatigue can be so much so that the body actually has adrenaline that kicks in to provide additional resources, which in the end can leave someone even that much more exhausted.
There are ways to work with fatigue, though. Anti fatigue mats are one tool that can be helpful. A fatigue mat can be placed under the feet of someone that has to stay in one position for an extended period of time. Fatigue mats are often mandatory in some work places. For those that are facing fatigue testing, compassion fatigue situations can be useful. Look for the causes and symptoms of fatigue in your every day life.
